We have a property near Mississauga. We are planning to convert it as a welding workshop. We are doing all types of welding projects like Stick welding, MIG, TIG etc. I guess normal flooring will not be perfect for a welding workshop. Soon we will consult some companies like Proseal Concrete Floor Care Systems in Mississauga . Which would be the suitable concrete sealing for a welding workshop? Expecting your replies.
Heavy duty levelling compound or Arditex NA and quality epoxy flooring paint is cheaper option. You need to check for any moisture in the concrete if you having sort it out with DPM. www.services.profflooring.co.uk www.profflooring.co.uk
Is N/A Suitable for this as its very soft once set.... Not suitable I don't think. Would need a h/d leveller if being painted
It is strong, do you having something very heavy? Tons ? There is stronger one for heavy commercial - industry i used, but i am not remember the make. If you call Ardex technical they can tall you if they heaving stronger. You need sanding machine for the levelling. I am remember this commercial levelling compound was drying very quick. You need to be 3 of you. One of you to use the sparky roller straightaway after laying the compound. www.services.profflooring.co.uk
Or, just get the sub floor clean, and use something like Stopgap 300. Ardex aren`t the only manufacturers out there.
