Provided you remove everything and grind back to the subfloor then uzin do a primer/dpm system that can be used on anhydrite, it involves about 5 coats but is guaranteed to work. I just used it on a job of about 300sm, cost wise it worked out about the same as a traditional 2 coat latex/dpm sandwich.
How long ago did you do the install ? I don`t trust Uzin anymore. They wrote a spec for me on a large job, which failed, then they back tracked, and told me I should have read the small print in there spec. It basically said, if anything goes wrong, its not our fault ! Thanks for the reply anyway
Been told today we have the job. A click tile is going to be fitted, and I have until the 19th to find a system that works, and complete the install. Even though we don`t get the tiles until the 19th. I`m going to make a site visit tomorrow 4 hours there, who knows how long to get back, with the m25 to look forward to on Friday afternoon, deep joy !
Only a couple of months ago so time will tell - after we'd finished the job we had a bit of a light bulb moment and wondered why the hell we didn't change it to xpresslay (we used walkway). With regards to backup from manufacturers I think they're all pretty slippery, I've never had a major failure but when I've had issues you can see them positioning themselves to blame you no matter how hard you've tried to do things the right way.
My advice would be talk to UZIN they seem to have a product for all situations Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Made a site visit yesterday There is actually over 800 sq. m affected. Took a width out and found this Put a team together ready to get to site Monday, with a 10 day window to strip out and fit new, only to be told they need to have a board meeting to discuss. Won`t be done this side of christmas now then
