Hi all, just heard about this product which has a hessian backing and 'can be fitted like a traditional carpet'. Firstly, I have fitted as much sisal as anyone out there for decades and I know that the plant fibre products have moisture and shrinkage issues and so need a double stick. I cant for the life of me see how a different backing would make any difference.

    Comments please.....

Sod that. Sounds like the bamboo carpet they said you could stretch fit. You can stretch fit it if you don't mind your carpets all curled up at the edges and shrinking like mad
