    Waste of money mate
You need either MMS or tramex
    or just a hygrometer box

Aquant is just a scanner it actually tells you nothing really except where to drill for probes or sick a box.
You need an rh% reading to no what your dealing with plus it's British standards

Is the scanner on the mms not the same thing tho ? I have the Protimeter Mini witch I was told a good few years back that that would suffice :(

The MMS has a scan function yes
But also has probe attachment so you can drill a hole and stick the probe into a plug to get a reading in relative humidity Which is what you want
You use the scan function to determine the best places to drill holes for your plugs

I know about bs but I'm a contractor and need a fast test to just say yes or no on the day of fitting tbh , if the first test is dry then that's fine if it's wet it's not my problem and I can pass it on . Does that make sense

Well if you scan and it's dry do you still drill and plug abd return and take a reading? Ok so no then it's that or nothing

Scanning does not tell you if a full sub floor is wet or dry Only the small part you scan and only near the surface where you scanned it So no it tells you nothing really.
If a job blows due moisture and you get the blame coz your scanner said its dry and it ends up in court you haven't got a leg to stand to stand on

It’s an MMS there’s a new version available now

All RH % readings should be taken after 72hours

Tramex is probably best for what you want, you’ll still need to do multiple test on a floor though to dertermine if it’s dry enough.
