1 - coil-nailer , game changer for me. Time it saves. I remember days of ring nails and a hammer. <br />

2 - grinder / sander  , so good to sort floors out and saves rubbing down by hand. <br />

3- bully stripper , another massive time saver. <br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Just got the new maestri cordless stapler, not tried it on site yet (waiting for someone to give me a lift to get it in the van, it&#039;s a bit on the heavy side),fires the staples ok,but I thought I&#039;d just point out the size of it for anyone who is thinking of ordering one. It&#039;s big, I got it mainly for stairs, but I think it&#039;s going to be a bit awkward, it might work and just take a bit of getting used to, but definitely not going to be as easy as the corded]]></content:encoded>

I couldn&#039;t get any after trying for months on end.so,I bought some sturdy plastic 2mm sheets ,and decided to make my own.<br />
Cutting precision is difficult,but achieved it.lining up with different angles on top of each other using gorilla super glue,is difficult. But achieved it.end result,not good enough, even 1-1.5mm out is not good enough.im convinced what everyone has said.maw boards are just the concept and not the answer.use your skill guys,much better results.]]></content:encoded>

I have engineered wood on a ground floor to fit, which the customers wants under the existing skirting boards but the house builder latexed the subfloor and up around 6mm of the skirting boards. Which has made removal virtually impossible so was looking at options to cut the skirting close to the floor and then possibly reuse them or replace them. just wondering what you guys think is the best grooving tool and grooving blades for Altro or any safety floor?<br />
<br />
I’ve used a lot of various grooving tools and different blades such as the grooving bars and the U-shap blades for the speed grooved but they don’t last very long and I thing the p-shape grooved tends to gouge the Altro a lot.<br />
<br />
I was looking at buying the Leister Groovy tool at £200, but it’s almost £50 just for 1...<br />
