My question is on underlay choice.
The room is a ground floor office with exterior walls to three sides (one shared with the garage). The subfloor is concrete but was laid 5+ years ago, before we moved in (I might guess it's closer to 10 years old).
How vapor/ water resistant should my underlay be for this application?
I'll be laying 12mm boards.
The two options I have on my shortlist...
