Lvt problem

Hi chaps
Did a job few weeks back and today costumer rings me to tell me one tile has a hard bubble in it.
Really unsure why any ideas ?

 

Could be a variety of reasons, tell how you preped the job, type of floor, local conditions ect

 

Not been to look but she sent me a photo but not sure how to upload from iPad. It's about the size of a apple and she said its rock solid

 

ply delaminated?

 

Not if stuck with epoxy on a screeded subfloor ......

 

2m/2m kitchen Fitted on jumpax glued with uzin 2000s only seems to be in middle of one tile

 

I was waiting for that lol

 

Can't see it being a problem to fix just bugging me why it has happend.

 

Depends how hot the apple-shaped thing was when they dropped it on the tile...... Just saying

 

Nobody but you said it would be easy to replace . So I said not if it's been stuck with epoxy
