    Buggered my left shoulder somehow. Hurts to raise it more than a foot.

    Ibrufen, paracetamol and brandy will hopefully help.

    If no improvement in a week got to have cortisone injection.

    Great timing, got 26 days non stop coming up

    ohh, that's not good. I'd leave the paracetamol out though

    Feel for you I did mine 3 months ago had 5 sessions of ultrasound, deep tissue massage. Physio and about 8 box's ibuprofen it's still not right now
