    How comes you decided to let these guys for your flooring? Cheapest? Friendliest? Most knowledgable?

    I'd assume (although could be wrong) that it will be the cheapest going on the product, where are these pics of this floor that you lot are looking at, and to the original poster where abouts are you based one of the boys on here maybe able to have a look if local to ya

    judging from the pics id say they havent sanded the floor before fitting it, some would argue that you shouldnt need to sand it but if a cheap latex has been used (my guess due to product chosen) then it would need a buff to get the little nobbles off and the fitter would have had to work abit harder to get it right when putting it down, generally speaking though it looks like they havent paid enough attention to the prep work which as we all know is 75% of the job.
