this company is 2 mins away from me,i got in contact with the rep for some samples,i had the pleasure of their NA ,used 3 bags in a conny, it did not flow well & the final finish was not flat, wont use again as a top coat, might be ok as lower layer in dpm sandwich, has anyone tried the level it smooth, the rep says its like 300?

    You cant screed pedro!
Bond it has to be one of the best screeds ive used to date seriously. Im all over that and level it 2.
Will give the Base when I get the chance.

I put down 50 bags of Bond this week. I really like the way it flows. Finish was excellent.

Did you prime before you laid ?
Was the product stored cold, before you laid it ?

I put 80 bags down of that level it smooth a couple of months ago its good stuff for the price but its not Fball 300 im sorry but you cant beat fball on water base screeds ive used their stopgap 100 and that flows better than the 300 or it did in my case, but saying that i use more level it screeds basically down to price but they all have a good finish to them, you may have to work with them a bit more but there good, the purple bag were better when it had 5 litre of latex though.

For building up ive used Ardex with the aggregate in and it gave a smooth finish didnt need to screed after.

You think 300 is good you want to try uzin nc110, now thats a compound and a half, best ive ever used by far.

Calcium sulphate..Does that stuff form a crust pf?? The data sheet doesn't seem to mention the strength either. How did you find it, soft??

30nmm and is beautiful, the screed itself doesn't form latience, you'd usually use it over anhydrite which has latiance that needs to be removed.

Cheers pf..Surprised it's so hard really..Thought calcium sulphate products were inherently soft..Learn something every day :)
