Quantum sent me these out today, direct. Not a good look, anyone else had issues ? Edit-Please read all the posts i this thread, as the problem was caused through distribution, not Quantum.
I'm really surprised. These guys are normally really good. Fast to service requests from measuring right through to delivery
Hi. I am the Sales Director at Quantum, I am investigating these embarrassing pictures currently. please note this is very surprising, our standards are very high at Quantum, our Fabrication team are very mindful of how they send Nosings out in to the Market place. I will continue to investigate, in the meantime apologies for the state of product.
Hi. after a lengthy investigation (Thank you to all our partners involved) the findings are these Nosings were not actually cut by Quantum. These were cut by our Distributor. we work very closely with this Distributor and their standards are very high also. I have been contacted by their branch manager, they are dealing with this. On all accounts for both Quantum and our Distributor, I would like to apologise for the time lost and the standard of product sent. together we will strive to ensure the quality of product sent is of top specification. Thank you again to all involved in helping resolve this.
Steve, thanks for taking the time to contact me today, and for investigating fully, why your product was delivered to me, the way it was. It seems I have been misinformed by my distributer, as they had told me the nosings had been cut, and sent direct, and actually this was not the case at all. The problem was caused by distribution, messing up the cuts. Normally I have no issues, with your nosings, when sent direct, or through distribution, so lets hope this particular branch, sort out any issues.
I`m not mate. I have had an explanation, and an apology, and that goes a long way for me. When I first saw the problem, I phoned the distributer, and was offered a replacement, but as I was a long way from home, and leaving later that day, I had to try and make it work. I think Steve has had a chat with the guy`s involved, and is confident it will be sorted.
I think the response from Steve was very reassuring everyone makes mistakes its when the mistakes are regular and nobody wants to take responsibility then it's time to pull the plug.
