Bob the builder at it again

Domestic and commercial there is a different mentality it's as simple as that, domestic 15-20sq fitter will take there time and do it to the best of there ability, commercial large quantity get it done, get paid move on

 

New builds are domestic, you are fitting for customer through a building firm for poor money, that's why it gets rushed and looks poor, I wouldn't call new builds contract.
the lvt I have seen in new builds would make a potential customer of lvt turn it down as the fitting is so bad.
