    I did it some 18 years ago, should do a refresher course really, good from what I can remember but got to be new trainers by now. How about polyflor?

    Im not sure what to do. I would like to learn to do cap and cove.

    Cap and cove isn't that hard it just takes a bit of experience mind you I can't talk I haven't done and for ages lol, I've got a big altro job on over Christmas but thats having sit ons :D:D

    Ive done prep work for it about 5/6 years ago when i was an apprentice for a commercial company. Since then i went onto domestic and now fit basically all domestic flooring. Would like to get involved in the commercial side as ive heard the pay is greater.

    I still fit 95% domestic but it's a nice change to do commercial sometimes, I miss it, no mrs jones sofa and tv to move :)

    Some good videos on you tube mate under Altro . Practice and more practice .
