Need to build a floor up to existing 17mm height . Cheapest way ?

    Hello lads i need to build a floor up to existing height level of 17mm . The area is terazzo tiles sub floor . Whats the cheapest , quickest and best way please ? A budget screed with chippings ?I need to do in one coat really . cheers

    Renovation would be the cheaper option TBO
    Need to degree the tiles and use Mapei Primgrip primer
    Block anywhere your screed can run away to keep the level right
