Anybody got any reviews? Heard its not a bad budget screed, use alot of ardex CL but always open to trying new things and it come as a recommendation.

Used to rate it highly but stopped using it after numerous issues with it drying and leaving puddles of moisture in random places.

Use CL for budget screed now and have done for a while, can't go wrong

I like Level It 2. Used pallets of it, often abuse it, and never had a failure.
For me, can`t do better at that price.
Another bonus, if you buy direct, they deliver on a tail lift lorry, with electric pump trucks, so cant take it right to where you want to mix up

Yes mate, thats what I generally use.
Sometimes I use a bit of 1200 but thats normally due to Instarmac not delivery up into Scotland. I can get it, but have to pay extra for delivery, so it can make it expensive.
Bottle & bag makes life easier on site.

Used level it 2 numerous times, never had an issue either. Not badly priced but love anything Ardex tbh.

Amen to that. Bottle and bag is a huge time saver on site, especially when there's not a water point nearby....having to keep restocking water is a pain!!

I've got x2 pallet trucks with 250 litre mortar tubs to store and move it around.

I agree with CL 100% quality product, cheap enough and convenient.

Good to know about delivery, ordered 10 bags of it for a couple of jobs I’ve got coming up over the next few days so I’ll give it a try before ordering more.

So first time using it yesterday and I returned today to find these moisture puddles? dry concrete subfloor primed with prime it 2:1, left for 30 minutes and flowed to 3mm. 24 hours later we found that. Area approx 20m2. [IMG][IMG]

It used to do my head in because it wouldn't always happen on jobs, just random o_O hence why I stopped using it.
I've had bags off the same pallet for separate jobs yet some would be ok.

    Stick with CL mate

I’ve got another ten bags of it for another job tomorrow, I’ll get that used up and think that’ll be my last lot. It was Worth a try but I will definitely be going back to CL

Purple bag mate, level it two. Haven’t had the pleasure of using level it bond. Did you have the same problem with it?

The rep will tell you it's perfectly fine and just wipe it off the surface ...yeah right, who's paying me to clean up fresh screed.

The bond-it isn't to bad but still had the problem where not every bag would mix the same, pure dodge!

Strange, Ive never had that happen.
I would bypass the rep, and get technical to at least take a look, even if it was just to see what there answer was.
Was there any ventilation in the room, it still looks very green

Never had it with any other products I’ve used, had 2 windows open and they said they left the back door open for a few hours after we left so I’d say it was fairly well ventilated.. bizarre ‍♂️

    Kettle?
    Whats in the cupboard?
    Dishwasher?
    Washing machine?
