I've got a job to price in a doctors surgury to do the main landing between all the surgeries, there's carpet tiles down with raised access panels underneath. They have said they want laminate flooring as they want something easy to clean. Do you think that laminate is the best option for the floor? And how would you prepare the floor for the laminate?
I would have thought a Doctors surgery would want a seamless floor, welded vinyl, for cleaning purposes ?
I've just done all the surgeries in altro cap and cove, but they don't want it in the landing/reception/waiting area.
I've used loose lay LVT before on Access Flooring , and it works really well if the access panels are flat
