Hi has anyone used AKW safety flooring for a wet room. The product is claming its non slip, but its smooth?
So im unsure where the grip will come from?
    Cheers.

The non-slip ratings (usually 10/11) only count for when under factory conditions during the test.

Almost all safety floors only have a rating of 10 - the same as any old bit of vinyl...

For a wet room though, you want it rated for wet&shod - so usually a product with dimples, but there are some exceptions.

Cheers, here's hoping it's the exception.

Are you local to them? I mean, we are too. I can't see that particular one on their stuff - but it all seems to be listed as okay for wet & shod in their spec. The fact it'll be another product re-branded means it might be available cheaper elsewhere - but as they buy in bulk, possibly not.
