Opinions cloud 9 cumulus / Tredaire Citra 11mm

    As per title - anyone prefer one over the other - Citra looks to be higher density

    Cumulus feels nice under foot, never used citra. Have you had a look at cloud 9 connoisseur? Thats 10mm and dense.
    My personal opinion is that they are all to thick for a nice finish with gripper. You can get higher gripper if youre set on a thick underlay though.
    Cloud 9 cirrus for me with diamond gripper.
    What areas are you using it for?

    Will take a look cheers, the citra looks to have replaced the sensations and is firmer than the cumulus, so the finish with a 11mm underlay with standard gripper may not be as flatter finish as say a 9mm then. Will need to check the gripper hight.
    its going in the bedrooms with Victoria carpets heartland,
    I guess they are all fine and will wear similar

    Yes all good underlays. Put a strip of ply under the door trims aswell if your using the thicker stuff, it gives a better finish.
