In the market for a good door trimmer without taking out a 2nd mortgage Anyone got a link to a reasonably priced website? Cheers
Roberts longneck jamb saw goes through most doors, there around £250. I bought a gulliver door cutter for £800 around 6 years ago, pays for itself quickly though.
After my 2nd door saw got nicked off my van, I use a track saw now. Not that we cut many doors, but it does leave a perfect finish.
I have a Wolff piranha , yes it's an expensive outlay at first but soon pays for itself very easy to adjust height and depth in seconds ( one alan key ) for me worth every penny , Id have one again we charge £15 per door ,on average 8 to 30 doors per week our record was 8 doors on a landing ( all solid doors ) from set up to finished cutting 20 mins £120 my only fault is with me , i should of got one years ago !!! between 5 and 15 grand a year Hope this helps
That’s interesting. Can you cut out door frames with it? For laminate/wood flooring Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
