I'm thinking of doing a couple this year, had planned to last year, but i don't think anyone's plans for last year worked out
Its really doing my head in now. Just had another 10 days at home due to Covid, but that`s everyone in the house had it now, so hopefully that`s it for a while. Out of interest, how`s everyone feeling about the jab ?
I want to get it asap. One of my fitters has Covid mow. In a really bad way. Been off 25 days now. 58, fit am don’t smoke. It’s a worry. I’ve had the flu jab for about 15 years now. Not had flu once.
Not having jab, doesn't stop you getting covid and doesn't stop you passing it on, Supposed to stop you getting it bad if you do catch it but how do they know its been knocked up incredibly fast and is supposed to be a new style of vaccine, where's the years of testing? I know why a lot of people will get it, because they want to go on holiday, to me it seems a bit iffy if the government will only let you go on holiday if you have the vaccine, read today they may introduce it so you need it to go to pub.
My Wife and I had it, she came down with it day after Boxing Day and me the day after, I do not want it again. Both never had temperature but all other symptoms so will be having jab as do not want that again. Felt like a really bad flu for me for anyone that has had the flu Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Il have the jab. I’ve already had loads of other ones. God knows what they all did too. They recon by next year they will have one that will knock it out so most of us will probably end up with that one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I am in 2 minds. I do like my holidays. Ive missed out on 4 so far, and im sure it will be a requirement to travel. Im 99% sure ive had it anyway. My lads have all had it, my wife, nephew who lives with us etc etc. The wife was pretty rough with it, and I did suffer a bit. I`ve just finished another 10 days at home again too. I am unsure about it because of the speed it was developed also. But, I hear it was based loosely around a SARS vaccine that was being developed previous ? No idea if thats true, as so much you hear is bollox. My wife is a registered carer, so she has been offered the jab, im asthmatic so will be offered it reasonably soon I guess.
