Hi everyone, looking for some advice.

I’ve just bought a new house and would ideally like to keep the same carpet throughout. Something that’s soft and quite thick/nice on bare feet. I live myself and work away from home during the week so the footfall in the house is generally only be me, and at the weekend.

Which carpet brand/type would people recommend?

Would be looking to fit on top of cloud 9 underlay - would this be a good choice of underlay?

    Thanks

I read a previous thread on here about cloud 9 caviar, but, I’ve got very little knowledge regarding this so any help is appreciated.

I’ve read a few threads here about Victoria and Abingdon so I might stick with those brands. Who thought picking carpets would be so difficult o_O

    cheers for the reply

I tend to sell more Caviar and Crystal. It’s a good quality, high density, PU underlay.
Victoria are a good company. Can’t really go wrong with their products.
All depends what longevity you want. It’s low use so no need for a top end wool.

  6. You can buy carpet from Antep Rugs Inc. which is very good. It will serve your purpose.
