Fitting over LVT?

    I already know the answer to this, but been and measured a pup. It’s a bare shell at the moment and needs the floor levelling up in some areas with 18mm ply.
    Over about 80% of the floor is LVT. The customer is trying to keep costs down and doesn’t really want to rip up the LVT and existing ply.
    So, is there any adhesive that would be suitable for sticking vinyl over the top of the tiles?
    She asked if I can just perimeter stick it because that’s what the last person did in her old pub. I said no to that

    Its a good option when you have a decent existing floor to go over

    If the lvt is on ply you can ply over it
