We had amtico flooring fitted in the hallway and into the kitchen around a year ago by a approved amtico company.
All looked great but there's 2 spots in the kitchen where it has started to lift, if I walk on it you can see it pushing back down.
Prep for the flooring was a dpm rollered on, then screed, before glue and then the flooring on top, what would cause the lifting? I'm aiming to call the company this week but don't want to be fobbed off hence me asking for reasons why it would do this. Thanks in advance

    Pics?
Any gaps in the planks anywhere else or just this area?

It doesn't show up in pics and there's no noticeable gaps, you can see how much it moves in a video when I push down on it but not sure how to upload a video here from my phone?

Here's a pic and I've labelled where it pushes down when I stand on it, but like I said no gaps at all, the planks push back down flat but it's like they are slightly bowed? Screenshot_20210929_203404.jpg

Hi, thanks for the reply, I'm not sure, if I push down with my foot it goes flat again and I can't feel anything underneath, would it feel lumpy if the screed had blown?

Not always. It’s like a bubble under the screed. What Dpm did he use ?
Could be a bit of grit under a plank

It's getting worse so I doubt it's grit, it was a roll on pink dpm, not sure on its name unfortunately.
Didn't realise the screed could bubble though
