Hi all I hope you are all well Hoping someone can help calm me down a bit we are just changing the floor in our kitchen but my partner unknowingly cut about 10 thermoplastic tiles through when channelling out our floor - luckily he had put a mask on and masked the door shut with polythene which we kept up for a few days obviously we cleared up and hoovered many times but didn’t dampen dust as it wasn’t until my dad came over and told us now I am panicking about the amount of exposure we have had Can anyone tell me if this is awful please ?
We’ve had a lot tested and it’s always 0.2% and it’s not the worst type of asbestos. You’ve probably inhaled worse unknowingly
Thanks very much for this ! I think because I have a 3yr old daughter I went in to hyper drive and because we didn’t expect it, hadn’t safeguarded properly and the dust ! thank you !
