any one know ov a good compressor and staple gun for ply wood mine give up takong ages for the lads with ring shanks

You can get a pneumatic version of the Maestri 606. I ordered one but what i actually got was a gun made by a firm called Prebena (google it !) It uses the same spotnails staples as the Maestri and has served me well so far. As far as a compressors go I have one made by a british firm called Bambi (need to Google them aswell), cost me about £299 from Axminster Power tools but it is totally silent - worth its weight in gold as i use it every day for my upholstery guns aswell. hope this helps Ray
