How's plays golf on here? Not played much over the last few years due to my toe but got a strap which helps so back into it. Got down to 18 handicap and was breaking 90 so hope to get back there.
Nice one. I was a member of a club years ago. Bit snobby for me. Was in a society too which was a great laugh. The golf got in the way lol.
Yeah I had a membership for a year. I found the same mate. Mostly it was a tough course tho and over priced for the state of it in winter.
Before daughter was born I was playing 4-5 ime a week lucky to get out 1 a week now but always have clubs on the van when I went on the quickstep course there was an American golf driving range next to hotel finish course at 5pm by 6 on the driving range
you will be happy to know that our new training centers hotel also has American driving range next door and shop. Think they have a ex pro golfer there on certain evenings also. (obviously the above information is of no use to anyone that don't plan on visiting us !)
Boy at our golf club moved down there a couple of years ago to work as a green keeper, would love to play it!
Definatly recommend a weekend at the belfry, didnt play the brabazon course. PGA course is pretty tuff, and the Darby course is still great.
