Had to buy one of these as I needed to convince a builder his floor was damp even after he had a de humidifier on it the last 3 weeks. Any1 else use one?

Yeah, i knew bright red flashing lights would convince them. Water leaking into a industrial unit for ages. When I went to see it they had lifted the old vinyl, which hadn't bubbled and the f44 was like cream cheese. I nearly slipped in it! Been drying it out for the last month
i was going to put up ours for sale. We are selling off the training centers as we only keep for 12 months. Got two of them , just coming up 12 months old. Want £50 quid for both of them. With postage you are looking at around £65 quid all in for both them.
one of the instructors had the tramex cm expert and wood meter along with IR temp etc. £80 quid which is a bargain for him.
