I see you've picked up on the direction on the print with those tiles and went for a kind of chequer board effect. Tidy looking job.
The wider strip in the pic is 3mm. The other one is about 2mm i guess. Could send you well out of bond!!
Cheers mate. Tend to do that on all tiles with a distinctive grain. Problem is if you get one the wrong way and dont notice it
Nice 1 mate. I always turn the tiles like that if they have a grain. That stripping is shocking! Ive never seen it that bad before! Mind you I dont do much Karndean thaaaaaank god!
Have to say Karndeans strips are the worst ive ever used! Was using 10mm strips today and had to trim every side of every strip to get the fuzz off! Its very typical of their gear tho sad to say
Hears some Karndean RP41 10mm strips. They were ****in ****, sick to death of these ****in rip off ****s
Oh that's not good at all. Mind you I'd take them. I'm halfway through a big job with RP41/ 10mm round the edge. I ordered via email and accidentally typed RP4 and received RP04. Need to put them in and change later when I get the right stuff.....bummer!
I always lay tiles with a grain like that too. Got a camaro job in a chinease restraunt next week with my work. I'll get some pics lads
Yes they do, and sometimes their great. And sometimes their rubbish. I just cant understand why they cant be good all the time! Think their now to big to care though. Mind you what do we know? we just fit the stuff
