Unreal, next door neighbour has been burgled tonight. Happened between 6pm-8pm . Worse thing is i got home just after 6 and was out cleaning the car (had someone coming around that wants to purchase it) At 6.30 they turned up and we spent 45 mins outside the house on teh drive looking at car and going over service history etc. So that takes me through to 7.15pm, i then walked to the shop past the house and then back again so maybe 7.30 pm now. They broke in through the front door. There is a shop NEXT door to them and its a busy road with a junction almost outside. I cant see their door from my drive as my drive raps around the house but i was still out the front between 6-7.30pm. I can not belive they got burgled while i was 40 feet away and through the front door. Crazy !
bastards breaking into someone's family property and stealing stuff they have worked to pay for bastards should have there hands crushed and mangled in a vice
yes pvc, they used a crow bar to get in. Simply bent the frame until it popped the door out the frame. (amazes me how insurance company's give you a discount on PVC doors, solid wood and proper chubb locks are far better)
the police are a joke also. Reason i found out is the police knocked my door about 1 hour ago asking if i had seen anything. Well NO i ent ! BUT, my house is smothered in cameras. I tell the police that my cameras cant see the neighbours house but they can see the road outside and the pavement. Would you like to come and see it? they say no, they ask "how long does it hold the film for if we want to see at a latter date?" i say " 3 weeks " Now, im sat hear thinking this is really stupid???? surely if the house was burgled in the last 2-3 hours you would want to see who was outside there house? surely you would want to drive around and see who is wearing the same clothes? Am i being stupid here or would the police viewing the video say 'next week' (if they decide to look) then surely the theifs 'might' of changed there clothes by then? Surely if they go out picking up people in the area wearing the same clothes now/tonight they would have a good chance there finger prints etc will match evidence left in the house?
Youre missing the point of our current Police Force Matt they dont bother with crimes that dont make money for them! if you look for information youl find that they are traders, its business nothing more!
