My worst is fairly common by my knife coming off the straight edge and going through my thumb nail. And why is it if you drop your knife it always falls towards your foot blade down? I think I've told the story before I heard down at Amtico when I was on a course. The course before me had a student talking to someone when it was noticed he had a very dark wet patch around his crotch. It transpired he slipped when cutting ply and the knife sliced through his bell-end. He didn't feel a thing. Another student fainted when when he saw it. I still smart at the thought of him being stitched up
hmm ouch. Never heard that one when i was there, obviously a sore subject lol Was that neil or Paul who was present of said circumci..........
It was Paul who told me. I was there a couple of years ago and it had happened about three weeks earlier. I can understand him forgetting it. The mind has a self defense mechanism where traumatic events become blurry after time. If I'd witnessed that I think I'd like to forget it
when i did the karndean course years ago the young lad was prepping the bays with ply while we were in the video room he came in and said to neil andrews im away to hospital ive cut ma myself so neil took the **** out of him expecting it to be a small cut a few hours later his dad comes into karndean as he had taken off the top half of his finger wonder how much compo he got for been unsupervised lol
