Distinctive LVT

Alright lads laid some distinctive flooring Italian label 1ft x 2ft LVT,s today with feature strips. When I was chopping the strips up to run the short way, I was only getting 2 pieces out of the whole length of strip, the last piece was about 3mm short which I thought was about as much use as a concrete parachute. All seemed a bit of a nonsense to me, anyone else noticed this ?

 

I don't use their strips, I can't stand them. Just have to use them short ones on the sides mate

 

Is that the plastic ones ?

 

Don't use them either, cannae stand the plastic strips. I always remember some of the early Karndean ones were prone to a bit of shrinkage and I don't rate the Distinctive ones any higher.
