Communal Close

    A builder I know has bought a block of flats to rent out, he was going to put a resin floor in the communal close but was going to cost to much, he doesnt want carpet any suggestions?

    screed it with a 'wear coat' like level-it HD or FBall Stopgap 800, this stuff never scratches/chips/dents
    Builder could then paint/varnish it.

    Thats the thing with it being a communal close I cant imagine the floor getting cleaned that often dark colour would be ideal but maybee too dark.

    FFS I sound like a fussy customer LOL:confused:
