Got a nursing home to do area is around the kitchen and can`t be shut of during the day.
Could ply it but would take 2 night shifts or screed it in about 3 hours start @ 9 finish about 12ish but would need to be dry by 7am. (7 hours to dry)
I know Mapei is out as used that before and takes a good 24 hours to dry IMO

Most screeds are rapid drying especially water based you can normally walk on them in a couple of hours & in a care home I take it its red hot in there so you shouldn't have any problems with drying ! Haven't used the Ardex flexy but 700 is the best but pricey if you want to save a bit coin I'd go with Mapei renovation about 60min walk on time !

Yeh it`s warm allright had problems with renovation before (not used it in 2 years) not drying out as quickly as expected and the dust that comes of it if not primed as soon as it`s dry can make a right mess if walked over through into other areas.

I know what you mean trick with it is not to max the water & I buff polish the top off then its fine to bond to with out primer ! I buff most screed especially large areas it makes loads of difference with adhesion !

Go with the 700 it's very good for quick drying, has a good hard surface and flows good, the Schonox ap phaser is good but not as quick drying

Renovation 60 min walk on time.....are you sure!?
I use to screed a bathroom in 700 in the morning and be Be able to fit on it in the afternoon! Definatly worth the extra few quid.

ardex fibre is about the quickest.

When you lot say a product isnt dry, are you meaning it is wet as in if you touch it you will mark it or are you referring to the color of the compound being dark and looking wet or ,maybe using a mms etc to scan it or stick pin meter into it?

Level flex is cheap and decent gear. Not sure on drying time though. But will be using some over ceramics Monday so will let you know.
Does anyone know the drying time of Mapei Eco prim grip
