Got a job next week, ply then screed. I normally use level flex but the last few times not had good results. What do you use.

We just did a screed with Uzin, and just added the fibre.
It was a tiny bag of them, but when you empty them in the bucket theres loads

Just feathered a level flex today. I see that as the reason its cheap. 700 is the best I've used.
So on this job of 8 bags, I've made a saving of approx £100 over using 700. But had to feather most of it as it was a bit rough.

Has anyone used Lecols Z615 leveller ? i used a new batch of it a few weeks ago and i thought it was ace...barely a puff of dust came off it when tipped into the mixing bucket, mixed really nicely, flowed well, pin rollered easily and has got a nm strength of 43...pretty good all round i thought...

Picture of the finished levelling with the lecol Z615

The concrete subfloor [slightly ropey] had 2 x coats of lecol PU280, then a coat of the really rather good D3045 bridging compound [looks like white emulsion] and 5 x bags of Z615 leveller, the room was 16.5m2
