The F-Balls rep dropped off some flyers today, for F77 and F78.
The F78 is a single part, 2 coat dpm for up to 95%RH, rapid drying, so dpm and screed same day.
    Says its very cost effective.

    Anyone used it yet ?

Not used it but it looked expensive at first glance? Think I was quoted list price tho. I wanted to use it on my next job but no 1 seems to stock it yet?!

I think (could be wrong) the rep said, a cost of £2 for two coats.

Yea i am using a little bit of it at the moment, done about 10,000m2 over the last 3 months
Good stuff (I think, tell you in a few months if it dosen't come up :p )
Dries quick, easy to use, similar to other water based DPM
Found that you need to make sure it's not dusty ( as you would really ) and that you give it a key, had a little section peel up but could have been a contaminate causing the problem,
It's expensive as a list price, but as long as you get a good deal, it's ok and they are giving 5% back via the rewards program so not bad

Been using them a lot since October. Both spot on and a great price.

Found the F78 doesn't dry that quick myself. 2nd coat takes longer then a hour.

As we are doing that many rooms drying isn't a problem really, haven't really noticed it being an issue, but I will ask the boys, I suppose it will depend on the suction of the screed.

Yes I don't know what I am doing at the moment, I keep getting more work, even the ones I am pricing not to get I keep getting! It's just manic, got 350 units in a mixture of flats and houses today.
All new build and laying a loose lay tarkett texstar in bathrooms and kitchens, and the private dwellings have an 80/20 carpet
They reckon in 6 weeks time , look at the picture , in their dreams :D

F77 is good mate. Abit thick but is a all round good dpm. Just done 90m2 i think f77 said it can go up to 98% rh.

Will have to compare price of 77/78 with other rapid dpms. I've stuck with the mapei one for a few years. Maybe time for a change.
