It's ready

Turned up today and found this, they said it's ready for me to cap and cove..lol

Pulled the skirtings off, filled the bottom even though some of it was lathe and plaster.lol, went for lunch and change the capping strips. Came back, plyed, stuck cove and cap strips had a cuppa fitted sheet job done... No fuss...

 

I knew you could it. Every faith in ya. Any after piccies.

 

not today, it made me late so didn't think of it at the time

 

What are they on about it needs painting!

How does £280 + vat sound for 4m2

 

I'm only asking because this is a recurring theme with most of us.Two jobs booked in to make up a nice days money but the first job is not as advertised and takes all day .
Do you A double the initial cost or add what you were going to make on the 2nd .
Do you B say just gives us an extra £50.00 and sell your self short.
Or C. Tell them bo##ocks bell me when it's ready.

Imo to cheap mate £420+ vat is what I charge for small wetrooms / bathrooms under 6 m2
