    The Karndean guarantee as I supply from them direct not that its worth out like Lol like Dannyboy said but I'd also guarantee my fitting which I can do as it would be me doing it not some subby or employed fitter who just wants paid at the end of the week !

    sorry Spacey, my computer is not allowing me to reply to a members comment.....but i was referring to the guarantee not covering the fitting rather than price of 750 not including the fitting

    I understand all points of view from not buying from the net. i was just performing a 2min price comparison and I'm all for support of local business / tradesman - just don't like fully being ripped off, so a bit of research helps to tussle a little on the price.

    yes will have a look at quickstep as i have noticed a style which looks nice on there..decisions decisions!

    Do they give you the certificate of guarantee to give your customers? Addressed to the house where the job has taken place?

    That's the transferrable guarantee so if the clients moves house the guarantee is passed on to the new owners !

    It was a question I asked mate. Unfortunately not. But I have been promised by them that any complaints would be looked into. None so far ,but I'll guess ill find out when the time comes ! I also make sure that the Karndean is delivered direct from Karndean. The boxes are mint !! Unlike the ripped boxes and chipped corners when the couriers have delivered them lol

    It's my understanding that they only use their own when the job is big enough....luckily we use our own all the time

    So would you cover It under your guarantee, would you still rectify it?
    We all know most problems are caused by outside factors ie: customers (not saying all)
    example: I did a whole ground floor and the customer had put the underfloor heating on very quickly after leaving the property empty with no heating source on at all.. I still rectified it foc.
