Defo need pics for this one before any comments can be made.
A gap is a gap but as LVT & design strips are separate pieces any join in materials will have a faint line where they join together.
I've fitted a fare bit of spacia latley in new builds & have had no problems with it not going together well even with light colours ?
Also the product has improved now its all manufactured in the UK

It's a fitting problem. Poor work in my opinion but don't know all the facts.

Design strips could defo be installed better. However to judge the tiles is very hard without seeing in the flesh and having a few to put together myself.

Going by those pics its poor fitting & if the tiles & strips went together that bad personally I would have done something about it to make them go together !

But it's not your job to re cut them all. I would have had it sent back(to Coventry)

Yes, its maybe poor fitting but if more of a poor decision to carry on fitting when they're badly cut in the first place. We've probably all been there, if you're well booked up and want to get the job done then its time to start back cutting and make the end result look good. Downside to doing that is you won't get any more dosh for your extra fitting time and the manufacturer gets away with it.

Looks like fuzzy strips to me get it all the time with spacia strips & it can be sorted I wouldn't go cutting back loads of tiles
