Measured a job a few weeks ago for a previous customer. Told me she was going to get the builder to screed the floor. I told her in no uncertain terms not too or else I'll have to put it right. Any way here are the results.7464[/ATTACH] Now its going to cost more to grind it out. I had to scrape about 3mm of just to put hygrometer down.
That's why the rubber then! I was asked to fix one like that. Fitted on top of bitumen Addy, told the punter to keep cost down he could break it off himself and left him a bolster and wished him good luck. The chippings were layered , rubber white chalky, beige then grey, can only guess water was added to the mix.
Actually I was in a bit of a pickle once & had to buy some screed from wickes & it was actually quite decent but a bit over priced for water based
A firm I do a bit sub flor has been using everbuild screed as well & so far I've had them dig up ever floor they've tried to screed ha ha ha
One of the branded screeds in wickes is made by fball, different company name but same logo and company address lol setcrete it might be called I think off top of my head.
