Will look to do the accreditation at some point in the future too as its another thing to set you apart from the rest of the rabble, as from matts says its stringent so its literally just the good fitters that pass.

1 day is still 1 day ( a lot for some to take in, in a short time and remember it later etc)
Which again is why this forum is a fantastic tool for keeping up to date regarding all things flooring.
    Well done Matt

    Level 2 carpet course.
Has to be the most informative 4 days ever.
As a hard floor layer who fits carpet on a regular basis, I've learnt more in those 4 days than I've learnt in 27 years !!!
    Thanks guys.

Did the level 2 carpet last week, its a excellent course I learnt a lot of new things, if anyone is thinking of booking a course I would recommend this one, it was my second time at floorskills and I will definitely be going back again!

With lvt becoming increasingly popular I have decided to take the plunge and learn to fit the stuff. I've been fitting carpet and cushion vinyl domestically for 8 years now. This week I attended floorskills lvt level 1. Must say what an eye opener!! The subfloor prep is so scientific. Nothing like carpet fitting!
Tried to take in as much as I could. Will need to read into it more to get it into my head! Want to be confident in my knowledge as to how to fit properly.
Must say though Matt and Dan at floorskills were on it. Brilliant course and taught fantastically well!
I will be returning for level 2 when I get my head around the prep work and find someone who let me go and join them on jobs before I attempt it for my own for customers.
