    Call me harsh but i don't. If she wants a lock changed she had the right guy.She wanted a well fitted floor that obviously is the wrong guy.
    If she had that done by a shop & paid proper money i would show some sympathy.She hired a low cost alternative to a well paid professional & got that result.
    I'm not saying others can't do our job to a standard but if they were that competant they would charge competative prices & be doing it all the time.
