suspended ceiling kit etc

anyone got any advice or links to what they have or use?
Nothing fancy, just to do the job etc

£10-£15 p/m installed for a basic no frills ceiling. Add to that insulation to go above it, then lights. For the lights search e-bay you will get them for about £10 a piece inc diffuser .

That's about average price. Shop around for the ceiling, do you do any work for shop interiors companies. ??

 

The guy we do a lot of work for is up in Glasgow at the moment. He might have some stuff left over, but if not, can point you in the right direction/give you trade price for everything etc
