So I went to my samples the other day and there all missing apart from my lifetime jobbys. How many clients don't return your samples ? As I've lost loads which isn't good when your quoting on work and I turn up with colonia !!
i think you have to leave them sometimes though. There's a few samples I hate leaving and do tell the client that I need them back as there like rocking horse sh@t to get hold of.
I left a handful with a customer on Monday. Knocked last night and they said they gave them back to the other floorlayer!
