I would. It differentiates your knives when working with other fitters unless of course I'm working with Daz.

Not had any problems with mine so yes.

same reason I got blue knifes so that none could nick them on site.

 

Ive had mine about 6-10 months and no problem. Same as others blue coming off but was 1 of them things you knew would happen. Red white and blue sounds good 2 me! But the white would be a mess in no time haha.

 

What was the outcome Rugrat with your weekly supplier?

 

How about a Red / Blue / Green or White knife?
Could be something for end of year promo??

 

Or a good silver knife that don't fall apart after 6 months

That's the trouble.. we've had this conversation before.. everybody wants cheap cheap cheap, now we are all feeling the consequences.
Doorbars that bend with your fingers, gripper that bend all by themselves..lol and tools that just aren't upto it..
We as a country don't really make anything anymore..

My supplier is not happy he stands to lose a lot of money, but as I pointed out not his fingers. I want to sell the best so all my customers are happy with a full compliment of fingers. You have all taken this to be about spacy, I took the action I did because of what I have become aware of.
Customer satisfaction and safety are paramount to profit. I will in time replace this product, but as it stands it is off my shelf.
