Most of the carriers don't have a care in the world about the condition it arrives in. The plank boxes are usually split in half where they throw them over their shoulder. Expensive range to be damaged and lets face it the internet companies don't want to know.
I told the customer to send it all back or at least the damaged ones. They said just use the damaged ones for cuts.....Poor customer service indeed.
by the looks of those boxes, I reckon they were like that when sent out. The tears/damage don't look fresh...
I can get it.. Was a fit only job which I don't tend to do many due to this reason but was a big job and worth my time.. Well a big job for me probably not for others.
We used to get ours via city link and they were damaged all the time, after much complaining we finally got moved to uk mail. They are fantastic, generally always in good condition and if not they tell me on arrival.
I complained about damaged boxes so was promised from then on all boxes would be bubble wrapped & they are..
