What is considered the best and quickest way to lift karndean and 6mm plywood. Individually or together, and how?

I'd plunge cut into sections and crowbar the lot out

Get a bloody big crowbar! Or peel up the vinyl and screed over the ply :)

or if you have no plunge saw peal back the planks where the ply joins are (find one and the rest are easy to find) then crowbar up from there.

Spacey recently did a job for me and it was brilliantly done. He is very good.

This uplift job has been flooded and the old needs lifting to dry the floor. I was thinking of using and exact tool, which I think is what is being referred to as a plunge saw?

I tend to use a pinch every 2-3 feet apart. You can run the point between the nails which lets you get the crowbar in and lift sections at a time.

Watch your Hands/knees on the nails.
