Customer as asked me to change 3 damaged carpets with wood or carpet again. Says he suffers with allergies so wants some advice. Has had the carpets down 4 years and hasn't said anything but now they are damaged wants them changed, he wants his room with an allergy free carpet. Can't say I've ever heard of one of those.

    Advice you can offer me?

I would suggest a synthetic loop, people are allergic to the natural fibres like wool and the dust that collects in thick carpets.
