FloorSkills is VERY busy. Strange tho, no floorlayers booking courses but a lot of council workers etc. For them this time of year is quiet, hence booking courses. I had actually booked the whole of December off for the first time in my life (as normally out fitting) but i have had to cancel to meet demand for council workers. Take today, booked 12 people on just one single course today ! , all housing association, council etc maintenance people.
We're booked till the 20s of January, which doesn't always go down well with customers that think you're waiting by the phone just for them. Get organised, it's the same time every year
I think I've took to much on ? If something comes a cropper I may end up working until 11:30pm 2days before Xmas like last year :stupid

Christmas rush should be expected. They leave it until the last minute and then realise their relations are coming to visit.
