Hi men, ime a hard floor layer from blackpool .Need some info on LVT courses ,

Hi pal. I'm not far from you in Preston. What you looking for from a course. You have brand specific course I.e Karndean, Polyflor, Amtico. There's also LVT courses run by Floorskills who run this forum. Heard excellent reviews of their courses from the lads on here. Not been on one yet though myself but do intend too in the near future when funds allow.

 

yeh no preston well ,thats just it which one to go for bin doing the plankin for a few years now so maybe a level 2 then take it from there.

 

Recommend the floorskills lvt level 2, better than the amtico course for my money.

 

Hi m8 iv just come back from the floorskills level 2 and can recommend it

 

Top lvt used normally on floor skills courses too

 

I've done Amtico advanced and Karndean advance this yr and are two good courses, but specific to their products. Neither of them touch anywhere near Floorskills on the subfloor aspect that is crucial to LVT floors. If you want to get ahead of the rest of the guys near you, I'd suggest the Floorskills course
