Poorly fitted k trade - need advice

    I have recently had so some k trade oak blossom fitted in my entire downstairs. I am very unhappy with the final finish especially regarding the lumps and bumps which are visible under the flooring. I also paid for a full screed to be complete by the same company who told me this was needed to ensure I got a great finish!

    Can anyone advise as to whether this has been completed incorrectly and if so what has been done wrong?

    Poorly fitted k trade

    I have recently had some k trade fitted in my entire downstairs and am very disappointed with it. The company who laid it also did a full screed.

    The floor is very lumpy and uneven and in daylight is very visible to the eye. Is this because the screed was done incorrectly or the glue which was used to lay??

    I am going back to the fitters (who I have already paid) to raise my complaint but would be good if anyone can advise what it potentially is they have done incorrectly.

    Most likely to be the screed that's not smooth but as advised on your other post we need photos

    I've seen the pics as he emailed them to me. Looks rough. Whatsapped them to Daz but he's quite drunk at the mo. Or as he put it oissed at the mo. Lol

    Good screeding shouldn't be uncommon as it's easy enough to do as the stuff pretty much flows itself.
    Unfortunately some folk do manage to c0ck up the easy things in life lol

    I've seen the pics & honesty it's a mess

    Beyond bad screeding mate its not good at all I'm not even sure why it's so bad ?

    Lumps & bumps every where & some planks are lifting

    I'm sorry you've pay them I'd want my money back it's really not a good finish at all

    Ok seen the pics
    Def looks bad, not actually sure how they managed to stuff it up like that if I'm honest...
    Lots of 'pitting' visible, actually looks like they didn't sweep/Hoover the floor before glueing out lol
